6. Refund & Exchange Policy
All cannabis sales are final as per Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS) regulations. We do not offer returns or exchanges on cannabis products unless they are defective or damaged. For accessories, returns may be accepted within 14 days with proof of purchase and original packaging.
