Refund & Exchange Policy (Ontario-Compliant)

All cannabis product sales are final, in accordance with Ontario law and AGCO regulations. This applies to all cannabis formats including dried flower, pre-rolls, edibles, oils, vapes, concentrates, and topicals.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for cannabis products once they have been sold or delivered, except in the following rare circumstances:

Cannabis Products – Exceptions for Refund or Replacement:

You may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit only if the product is:

  • Defective (e.g. vape cartridge not functioning)

  • Incorrectly fulfilled (e.g. wrong product delivered)

  • Damaged or contaminated in a sealed package

To be considered for resolution:

  • The product must remain in its original packaging with lot number and excise stamp intact

  • The issue must be reported to us within 7 days of purchase or delivery

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • We may request photos, batch numbers, or the return of the product for inspection

We will work with the Licensed Producer (LP) and the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS) to determine eligibility for replacement or refund. Processing times may vary.

Note: We cannot offer exchanges for taste preferences, expired product after sale, or effects not meeting expectations.


Accessories – Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for cannabis accessories (e.g. pipes, grinders, vaporizers) under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Must be returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Receipt is required

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used accessories

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items without proof of purchase
