1. What ID do I need to buy cannabis?

You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase cannabis in Ontario. Accepted government-issued photo ID includes:
– Ontario Driver’s Licence
– Canadian Passport
– Canadian Citizenship Card
– Permanent Resident Card
– Ontario Photo Card
– Certificate of Indian Status
– Canadian Armed Forces ID

2. Can I bring my child or a minor into the store?

No. Minors (under 19 years old) are not permitted inside the store, even when accompanied by an adult.

3. What is the legal purchase limit?

You may purchase up to 30 grams of dried cannabis (or its equivalent) per person, per visit.

4. What are the cannabis product equivalencies?

Here’s how 1g of dried cannabis translates to other formats under Ontario law:

Fresh cannabis = 5g
Edibles (solid) = 15g
Extracts or topicals = 0.25g
1 cannabis seed = 1g

5. Why do I have to show ID every time?

Ontario law (AGCO regulations) requires age to be verified for every purchase, regardless of previous visits or familiarity.

6. Can I consume cannabis on-site?

No. Consumption of cannabis is not allowed inside the store or on its premises. This includes smoking, vaping, or ingesting.

7. Are all your products legal and safe?

Yes. All cannabis products are sourced through the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS) and meet federal standards set by Health Canada for quality and safety.

8. Can I grow cannabis at home?

Yes. Adults 19+ in Ontario can legally grow up to 4 plants per household for personal use. This is a household limit, not per person.

9. Can I travel with cannabis?
